The Department of Special Education started a Bachelor of Special Education program (Special Education) at Al-Ahliyya Amman University in (2007). This specialization aims to prepare and qualify teachers of special education to work with people with special needs (persons with disabilities and talented people) professionally and Professionalism in accordance with educational principles, laws and conventions on the rights of persons with disabilities, and they are prepared to work in various governmental and private sectors. It also qualifies graduate students to work in the fields of special education and scientific research by providing them with the necessary skills and modern experiences that enable them to work successfully. The university has been keen to provide this department with qualified and distinguished scientific cadres in this field, who have high skills in scientific research, field work and keep pace with scientific and global developments.
