Admission requirements of the Bachelors degree in the Special Education program include a General Certificate of Education (Tawjihi) or equivalent certificates with an average, not less than 60% or equivalent, in the Scientific, Scientific (Medical, Engineering, Pure Sciences), Literary, Sharia, Comprehensive Health Education, Information Management, (Industrial, Agricultural, Nursing, Commercial, Hotel, and Home Economics/2019 and below), and Home Economics/2020 or above streams, or equivalent foreign certificates. 

Students who pass the comprehensive exam of Community Colleges are also accepted and entitled to enrol in this program, provided that the students were studying corresponding disciplines and their average is not less than 68%. Community college courses are equated in accordance with the Universitys instructions.
